This policy covers bulkbacwater.com (“Bulk Bac Water”, “we”). The site has one purpose: taking applications for wholesale pricing from businesses and researchers. It explains what we collect through that process, why, who else handles it, and how to have it corrected or removed.

The short version

• We collect what you type into the wholesale application, plus the page you applied from.
• We use it to send your price list and handle any order that follows.
• We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.
• The site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

What you give us

When you apply for wholesale pricing, the form asks for:

• your name and email address (required)
• your company or organization, phone number and state (optional)
• your business type, the sizes and label options you are interested in, how many cases you expect to order and how often
• anything you choose to write in the message box

If you go on to place an order, we also hold the details needed to invoice and ship it: billing and delivery addresses, the order itself and a record of payment.

What is recorded automatically

With each application the form also records the address of the page you submitted it from and the page that referred you to this site, if your browser shares one. Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses and browser details, for security and troubleshooting.

The site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

How we use it

• to review your application and send your wholesale price list
• to answer questions about your application or order
• to process, invoice and ship orders, and to set up recurring supply if you ask for it
• to keep the records that tax and accounting law require
• to keep the form free of spam and abuse

We will not email you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job described:

• Google stores application records in a private spreadsheet and delivers the email notifications we receive when you apply.
• Our web host runs the website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Banks and payment providers process your payment. Zelle and ACH transfers pass through the banks involved; if you pay by card, the card is handled by the card processor and never stored by us.
• Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address to deliver an order.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not share, sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

If your application does not lead to an order, we delete it within 24 months. If you become a customer, order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and the rest of your details for as long as you continue to buy from us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the application form: choose Privacy or data request as the business type, pick Not sure yet for bottles per order, and describe your request in the message box. We reply to the email address you give within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, are kept until that obligation ends.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Application records are held in an access-controlled account and are seen only by the people who handle wholesale enquiries and orders.

Who this site is for

This site is for businesses and adult researchers buying wholesale. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change in how we use information you have already given us will not apply to you without your agreement.
